: What all is included in the 'kit'? Just putting turbos, manifolds and piping alone is not sufficient. Do you remember me talking a long time ago about putting turbos on my NA engine? Want to know why I didn't go that route? Well, for one, it seemed like a bad idea based on the sole fact that the engine is 10.5:1 compression and the combustion chamber design sucks balls... It is no grand national engine, although I am fond of the VG. This problem makes it much more susceptible to detonation. Add to that the NA injectors dont flow much fuel, there are no provisions for intercooling and I am suspecting that an ECU is not part of the kit, you will certainly have a disaster on your hands. Neither the NA nor TT ECU have the proper mapping to handle boost with such a high compression ratio. It will not get enough fuel and the ignition will be too far advanced for proper combustion. If it doesn't come with an ECU, is it intended for those who are planning to use some other aftermarket engine management system? I also doubt that JWT has a program for such a beast - probably with good reason too.

: Going the route of putting these turbos, or any turbo, on an NA engine I'm sure is possible. Getting into boost safely is a whole 'nuther ball of wax that even I, the infamous Fab Whore, with all my resources and knowledge, shudder at the idea.... :-)

: *hmmm.. now If I can just get my head to fit through the door...

: : The design of their custom kit is simple as you can see...No intercoolers needed (but they can be added as well at extra charge) and no needs of oil feed lines for the turbo is required.
